Literati Library, and its affiliates, distributors, and associates, reserves the right to limit quantities, to request payment prior to delivery of service, to refuse service, or cancel orders at their sole discretion.

TERMINATION

This agreement is effective until terminated by Literati Library, at any time without notice.

PRIVACY

You agree to our Privacy Policy which regulates the use of any personal information you provide to Literati Library, in accordance with Canadian Law. Any attempt to compromise the privacy of other users and vistors, notwithstanding civil and criminal penalties for computer misuse and other offences, and without prejudice to our right to take further action against you, forfeits any and all licenses and privledges granted to you under this agreement.

OTHER

This site and this agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, excluding any conflicts of law provisions. Any legal action against Literati Library shall take place in the courts of the Province of Ontario.

The parties attorn to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
